Unreasonable cancellation fees

Disappointed by the non-refundable policy. Had to cancel reservation due to bad weather and safety alert issued to residents to not travel. A reasonable cancellation fee would have made sense instead of charging 100% of accommodation as cancellation. Forces of nature are not within our control and not accomodating for that is really bad.
