Unprofessional service

I made a booking for last friday 19 October 2018 at shumba valley lodge check in time normal 14h00. This booking was made on the 4th October and confirmed same day. While I was all excited and looking forward to the trip, I received an email @ 13h43 informing me that shumba valley lodge is unable to accommodate me due to overbooking, after I've confirmed everything including time of arrival. That was just unprofessional and inconveniencing, and no apology was given but rather recommended a place I wasn't interested to.

P.S I'm still waiting for my refund
