Unprofessional

This people are not serious at all I booked a place when I got there I fund the apartment dirty with boxes of pizza and the bd was dirty like someone just left I called them they couldn't help cause I wanted a refund they decided to send me to an other apartment ( mutual height ) I got there the apartment doenst have lights I called they said I must make a video call I did they guy was like in sorry I can't help now I said ok I can't stay here im leaving I need my refund from the 5 of September until today they're ignoring me they said I must message booking.com while booking.com said the apartment doesn't want to refund my money.
