Unproccessed Refund

An absolute sh*t show, Cancelled a flight and been chasing them for nearly 2 months for my refund still nothing. They only respond with "We sent a request to the airline for the refund". I have given me mutliple case numbers that they can't even retrieve. It's a new case all over again. Do yourself a favour and delete that app.
