Unpaid reimbur*****t

I booked with booking .com and paid a month before the booking date, on that day when I was supposed to check in , I was told my booking was cancelled. When I contacted booking.com was promised alternative accommodation. I got a message that they found a place for me and I must follow that link of which I did, best believe I had to move from original bio place which was Hartees to the alternative place in Khayalami, that means transport that was not budgeted for. I went to that place in Khayalami and was welcomed only to be threatened to call the police to come remove us if we don’t pay for the accommodation, fortunately one of the ladies helped us and pa the 7200 that was required. Booking .com promised to reimburse us the extra cost we incurred but up to date no money was paid to us except the money we paid for booking in Hartees even after I sent all the receipts they requested from us
