Units booked out evens though i booked

i booked via [URL Removed] and when i wanted to pay for the reservation the resort already booked out all the unit evens the ones i reserved via the website. i am experiencing a lot of disappointments with regards to reserving south african resorts. i am very disappointed because now i have to search for a another resort for the holiday i booked and at the moment i cannot find any. i also was indicated to pay R2000 for cancellation. this cancellation was not because i do not want to go to the resort but because i was told the units i booked is already been reserved for someone else evens though i booked it 3 months in advance. i will not be using this site and will not recommend it to anyone else.
