Unhelpful, unprofessional disgrace

If I could give this rating -5 stars I would. Booking.com is an absolute waste of time. Also, don't EVER book a place advertised as "cozy private studio". The place was infested with ants and the "professional host" decided to openly throw poison around the apartment. We decided to leave and she gave us a thousand reasons why she would NOT refund us. Booking.com left me on hold for 3 hours only to tell me they will not assist. Disgrace. NEVER EVER AGAIN
