Unhappy booking.com

Very unhappy with my booking. We are 6 people staying here with 1 pot and 1 pan and 2 glasses and a stove that's rusted. No star rating would of been better. I want to cancel but booking.com doesn't listen they accept its okay. I did say we were 6 people that now came a far way with no beach access and permanent residents living here. VERY UNHAPPY
