Unhappy

I lodge a complaint last week with one of booking.com agentLorrainne Lee M, she wouldve come back to me with a place I book through them where the agent doesnt want to pay my deposit back Im still waiting a reply from their side and two weeks later nothing from either the agent or booking.com after they said they will contact the agent and look into the matter. How dissapointing
