Unhappy

Goodday. I recently made a holiday booking with booking. Com confirmed my details and was sent confirmation that it was booked. The next day I received mail the booking was canceled to which I did not cancel. I contacted the owner who said would help get alternate accommodation but to date still has not gotten back to me. Also the booking was canceled with no explanation. Ridiculous I would not support booking. Com or 43 montego bay Caribbean estates.
