Unfair practice and ****************

I unfortunately experienced car trouble this past week and decided to rent a car via bookings.com. As I was making my booking my banking details was required at which before I completed the booking an transaction was made into my account and I was debited. Not understanding I redid the booking and I was debited twice. Because in the adverti*****t it says no credit card required I went for it but it actually does. I canceled one of the booking and was left with one to my surprise it requires a credit card with 17500 availability limit therefore I canceled the whole thing... To my surprise bookings. Com will not refund me of any of my monies because there is a cancelation fee that is the exact amount as what I was charged. I feel that is day light ******* and to make matters worse they call center us unreachable. I never even finished with the application but was debited. I never even took your vehicle but I was charged. KINDLY RETURN MY MONEY BACK!! AS I WORK HARD FOR IT
