I booked for stay in The Palace hotel in Durban for 04/07/2019, departure date 05/07/2019 but I chose pay later option because I wasn't sure if I wanted to extend my stay. To my surprise I was charged same time and worse I was still charged for the late payment penalty. On top of that they indicated that the cancellation is non refundable.

What booking.com did was ******* and unacceptable. I want that money my penalty refund back.
