I had made a booking for an accommodation - La moor venue and eatery using booking.com and the pictures posted were ********* as the rooms are extremely small in comparison to how it is portrayed. The rooms are also terribly cold, the shower water was also cold and there was no hand soap in the toilet and we received a soap bar that was already open. The reason why such things can happen is because Bookings.com has allowed such guesthouses to falsely advertise their properties at the disadvantage of guests as once a booking is made, cancellation is difficult due to the non refundable policy. If it were possible I would have cancelled the booking on arrival and looked for another accommodation.
