Unavailable bookings should not show as available!

We booked and paid for accommodation on Booking.com, Luxe at Nine Palms Near Century City, when we had to get the keys in the evening at a secret location, the security guard told us there is no key without a pin and we did not have a pin. Turns our a few more people came in looking for the keys and had no pin...drum roll because the room was already booked, we all paid but the room was not available anymore.

If that's not ****ming then I don't know what is! We want our money back!
