Unauthorized deduction

We booked accommodation at 129B African bushveld. Payment was deducted but reservation was canceled. Did not receive a confirmation or pin number. Requested refund but no answer for 2 weeks now. Customer service is basically useless! Won't recommend this service provider to anyone.
