Unauthorised cancellation

The owner of the property asked me to change the dates then they cancelled the booking because there was an additional amount to be paid but they did not advise or send a payment request. The additional payment is 1% of the total booking fee ad would have easily paid it had they requested it. I’ve contacted customer service with no success for my full refund and now I’m stranded with no place to go to. I need my refund so I can find somewhere to sleep.

Your system, customer service support and policies are horrible to say the least!
