Unacceptable, shocking service from Bookin.com

I recently booked a B&B through Booking.com in Souillac, Mauritius for one night during the Mauritius Marathon. It was very reasonably priced but I am now so sorry I did. Everything about the room we had was awful. The TV did not work and they said we had not paid for an air-con. There was a small refrigerator in the room which was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was also questionable - only a cold tap on the sink and the shower head and soap holder in a terrible state. The bedding was totally threadbear. I cannot believe that a business like booking.com would advertise this type of establishment. Infact I wounder if they have ever inspected it. Totally disgusted and dissapointed with the B&B and booking.com for its unacceptable service. When I rated the place as very poor they even changed my ratings!! I cannot believe it!!
