Unacceptable service

I'm so disappointed with bookings.com , I made a booking on the 21st of December for me and family to go The Blyde. Upon our arrival we couldn't get hold of the "host" tried contacting her several times with no response. We had to wait 3 hours before the customer centre could tell us that unfortunately they can't accommodate us without a reason.
