UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE WITH BOOKING.COM

As a B&B owner I am not happy. Guests cancelled their booking and even indicated this on the Booking.com booking page yet I am STILL being charged commission. Totally unacceptable. Will not use them again. I was away travelling at the time and had no access to wifi/internet due to our location so was not able to log on and click on required links within the time stipulated. If anyone wishes to book at my establishment they need to use another booking site or contact me directly.
