Unable to manage booking - change date

Made a booking for accomodation, but the meetings date was changed. Was notified by by the establishment that I need to make changes of the date via booking.com, as they were unable to assist. I was unable to change date via booking.com. Booking was paid in full, forfeited the full amount. Need to make new bookingl, but I will not use booking.com for this reservation!
