*****ulent host registered with booking.com

I booked at Keon guest house in Ballito through booking.com, booking was confirm and paid 50% up the host that later on went awol on me. Host can’t be reached anymore, reported this to booking.com they said they’ll do investigation and come back to me in regards to refund in 48 hours which they never did, i they called them and waited on the call for more that 20min. I later received a mere age that I need to contact the host for refund which ive made clear that she’s now unreachable. I find this so *********** and *****ulent. I’m very disappointed with this site
