I booked accommodation through Booking.com and after the money was deducted from my account, the property owner contacted me to say that the place was not available. Since then, I have been going back and forth trying to get my refund, but to this day, I have not received it.

The service has been extremely unprofessional, and the lack of proper customer support is unacceptable. I am very disappointed and frustrated with how this matter has been handled. Booking.com feels is a **** !! I’m very angry
