I am honestly so tired of this site! We went to Dullstroom not long ago and booked for 4 adults, we went there and got charged extra R2000 because they only booked for 2. Now I'm planning another trip to Clarens to the Protea hotel, I screen grabbed the proof, I booked for 2 ADULTS. AND AT THE END MY CONFIRMATION SAID 1 ADULT IS BOOKED AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY FOR EXTRA GUESTS! THIS IS NOW BS! I canceled and went back to rebook, I got an email saying money may have already left my account, even though I gave no such permission and they advertise FREE CANCELATION AND NO UPFRONT FEES. I went back to rebook and the room is not available. I AM SO TIRED OF THIS. YOU GIVE HOTELS LIKE THE PROTEA HOTEL A BAD NAME AS WELL!!! IT MAKES HOLIDAYS STRESSFUL!!!

Just FYI. I also went onto protea hotel site directly, and that room was never even available for those particular dates.... Lies....
