Took my money and showing no confirmation!

I am very disappointed with this service. The money used to pay for this booking was the last bit in my account and I need the accommodation for this week.

They took the money but give me no confirmation or anything. I did everything asked on the app to process the booking but I have gotten no satisfaction. The contact number only allows us to talk to a consultant if we have a booking confirmation number so I could not even do that.
