To whom it may concern. My husband and I booked a place through Bookings.com 23 May to 25 May to complete some business... We actually booked at a place called Beachside Bliss thinking we could relax by the ocean when business all complete . Yet we got directed to urban ...???? Urban ridge building ... NO BEACH IN SIGHT FOR MILES !!!!? Honestly ....false advertising... Then once we get to the room ...D002 ...****roaches all over the place ...the fridge ..the kitchen cupboards ...room ...bathroom ...the kitchen cupboards all rotten and broken ...blinds in lounge unable to close .. Oven glass fell out when opening oven.. Couch foot broken ... Shower door could not even close that the window was falling out ...therefore water all over the place ...mould on roof and walls and floor ...spider webs ... The main bedroom curtain filthy ...got holes in it and too short width ways to close ... So curtain stays a metre open at all times ... A few more items to mention ...but a disgrace ... I want to take this matter further ...as not my monies worth at all ...and I will take it further ... Await for your reply ..
