This booking.com works with ****mers...it's so sad

This was the worst experience ever i booked 4 night stay and never got what I paid for Booking.com was contacted after the first night stay as well as the hotel owner who was so rude as I complained to booking.com he asked I leave and I never got a refund for the balance of the days. Booking.com costed me so much of calls but with no positive outcome I never got my money and the owner refused to take my calls
