This agency is a complete ****!!!!

We made a booking in October for an Apartment in St Francis Bay named: “St Francis Bay Beach Apartments” Today we came together from all corners of the country as a family in St Francis Bay only to be told that the home owner cannot be found and that they’ve decided to cancel our booking and gave us an option of R11000 that we should pay ourselves although we’ve already paid for the accommodation,so we basically have to cough up over a grand although we’ve already paid nearly a grand for an accommodation they failed to provide regardless of us paying in time!! We are completely stranded in a foreign city. The consultant, Sophia L, on the phone was Nonchalant about the situation and wasn’t bothered by the fact that we are stranded in the middle of nowhere! We are all females with suitcases with no accommodation and no promises of a refund or an alternative place to stay!! I completely don’t recommend this booking agency as they disappoint people at the very last minute and don’t take responsibility of their own mistakes. I’m outraged and stranded. They’ve completely ****med us! Don’t use this *********** booking agency or book at that can of an apartment!
