Think twice before booking accomodation with Booking.com

😡 Super disappointed with booking.com and Regal Inn! Booked a family room, did everything right, confirmed with them Have an confirmed email confirmation to let them know we will only book in at 18h00, but they cancelled our booking cos we didn't check in by 4pm 🙄. Left us stranded in Durban, tired and hot. Had to book 2 rooms at City Lodge at 3x the price 😱.

No customer service, no messages, just cancelled. Reception guy at Regal Inn was rude and didn't care 🤷♂️. "Just something booking.com does" 🤯 Unacceptable!

Won't recommend booking.com or Regal Inn. Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole 🚫. 😤
