******* and ******s with a poor customer service

Booking.com will ***** your money. I canceled a booking and an agent from booking.com promised to refund my money. It’s been 3 month and no refund I even called my bank. They keep asking for the same booking detail via email then they ignore me after I give them. Booking.com is such a bad company, I want my money back now!
