I booked a stay and after receiving confirmation that the place was booked I did my payment. As soon as the payment was done I receives an email that the place was already booked and received an email "payment reversal". I have now been waiting for twelve workdays and still no money back in my account. They are a bunch of *******. I have phoned and emailed and after many promises still nothing.
