They left me Stranded

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service ever. They made a mistake and double booked our accommodation and refused to get us another accommodation, we were stranded and had no where to stay so I would never recommend Booking.com to anyone and I will never use this service again. The service was pathetic and a customer care manager was rude and unhelpful.
