They keep your breakage deposit and refuse to refund it. Don’t use them

When making my booking it forced me to pay a breakage deposit of R500 but said it will be asked to be paid cash but added it on the booking anyway when making the payment. Now after checking out they tell me I was charged by the property not them and the property told me they don’t charge that. Now they don’t want to refund me and have ridiculous excuses. Don’t use them to make your bookings. Imagine each person they keep R500 from. Can’t believe it. Gutted. Unbelievable.
