They failed to pay guesthouse owner

It seems it’s not just the guest getting **********. We run a small guesthouse and are still waiting to be paid by booking.com for accommodation we supp**** in December 2021. When we contacted them they said it was a delay due to covid. I’m sure they are enjoying the interest on ours and probably many other peoples money
