They are not professional and they can not communicate clearly. They don't have policy that is clear to us customers. It's totally a **** and unacceptable.

We booked at Lovely unit for our holiday for 2 nights and we paid the full amount that was required, we booked it through booking.com. Now all of sudden they are asking for security deposit of R4000 of which we were never informed about initially when we were booking. Now they telling us that our reservation is denied/cancelled since we fail to meet security requirements of paying R4000 and they will not refund us the amount we have paid for the booking.
