The worst platform known to man

As a small guest house, They are the most expensive and most useless platform but because guests use them, they can treat guest houses like they do. I tried to cancel a booking when no deposit was received. Despite all my efforts, the only way to cancel was to lie to the guest and say they had 2 hours to pay when i have already given multiple deadlines and rebooked the unit. I do not like to lie to customers but thats what they force us to do or they will charge me commission. I travel a lot and i will consider paying more to stay elsewhere than give booking. Com my business. They should be ashamed at how they treat the tourism industry. If you travel and care about guest houses, dont use them. Abuse their search function and then book direct.
