The worst platform ever!

Do not, I repeat, do not use booking.com. A very unreliable site with bogus places! I do not even think they do proper vetting of these places. Made a booking 5 months in advance and found out on the day of the booking that there was a double booking but we were not notified before hand of this. Imagine driving more than 150km to a place only to be left stranded with absolutely no assistance. We kept getting transferred to different agents and none of them were helpful. They all say they will get back to us but never really get to it. We are now struggling to get a refund from them which is even worse. I will make it a point to tell everyone about the dangers of using this site, appalling!
