“The exquisite apartment at its best” what a terrible experience. I made a last minute booking to avoid a long drive late at night, upon arrival at the property, the host did not answer the phone to provide the access code. I waited almost an hour at the gate! I am absolutely disappointed that booking.com has properties that are ****ming people! I was not able to get a refund for that booking and will never use their website again!
