Terrible service when you need help with a flight booking

Never booking a flight with Bookings.com ever again. I booked a flight through them with Qatar and Everything you want to do when it comes to check-in needs to be done through them and then they say it will take 72 hours to fix the problem. We ended up missing our flight because of an error on the booking and no one not even the airline could assist could assist us because the flight was booked with Bookings.com
