Terrible Service

Terrible terrible service. I had booked a car with them, worst mistake ever. They had hidden costs, and only sent these after I had made payment. When I cancelled 10 minutes after making the booking they said they would not be refunding me because I cancelled within 48hours of making the booking. Such nonsense! Was it my fault that they chose to hide major costs?! No!. I even tried making a claim and they simply said they won’t be able to assist. Such daytime *******! And I lot my R369 like that. I would definitely NOT recommend using their car hire to anyone! Rather just call car hiring companies yourself and book it for yourself!
