Terrible service

The property that I booked was reported by the owner as no longer being available after being sold off, I contacted booking.com on 3 days and each time was told that I would be provided with alternate arrangements atleast 24hours before check-in date, I'm due to check in tomorrow and am still waiting for Booking.com to confirm/make alternate arrangements for my family and I, agents spoken to at booking.com we John Harvey g Sy**** A Jerome Marc Paul L
