Terrible service

Booked 3 rooms at a guest house in Nelspruit, wanted to change the date a week later, I wanted to change the date more than a week before the booked date. Guesthouse with held 100% of full amount, said its booking.com policy. Tried to get in contact with booking.com but my mails are not answered
