Terrible service

<p>Made a booking at shearwater.com through Booking.com. Paid the full amount on 30 November 2016 for 2 Jan 2017. Too my dismay they never booked any reservation for the said date. The contact at ***, Charlotte assured me that this was done, however this was far from the truth. I had to rearange my stay with Shearwater directly, and never heard from Booking.com since.</p>
