Terrible

Disliked · We had a horrible stay because of a mix up in us having to change rooms late at night because we where not told which one was ours then we where told to pay R1500 extra for the one night we stay there I will definitely not be going back I feel like the people has a thing for people of other color that are African and they where very rude our power was off from saterday night around 10 till Sunday at bout 6. It was for Shangri-La 803
