Terrible customer service, very disappointed.

This is very shameful that people can spend somuch money and yet save poor customer service, I have tried to reach out through emails and yet no response or calls picked up. It’s like you are just there to take peoples money and that’s it. All I want is to change dates of my booking for my wife’s birthday concerning the booking number ***.
