Terrible and Disgusting service

I booked a place through bookings.com for a recent get away and i was very dissatisfied with the place, the pictures were not like it was advertised, there was no dstv and wifi as it advertised on the site, the place was filthy and falling apart, this place was expensive and wasnt worth the money and totallu ruined my getaway, i was extreamly dissapointed because how can places be allowed to be advertised when people rip u off like this, the owners of the place refused to take my calls and ahowed no empathy or concern for my complaint and bookings. Com hid my review on there site, i honestly dont feel comfortable with booking another ace through bookings.com because i feel that the places shpuld be reviewed and people should not falsely advertise places to rip people out of there money. Extreamly dissapointing and i will warn people from booking places through them,
