Take you cash and deny you entry to the property, beware.

I booked a weeks accommodation, only to arrive at the property to be told its double booked and they cant let me in. i then desperately booked another apartment near by on the app and when i arrived was denied entry as the owner said it was removed from listing. Booking.com took both full payments and to date i have had no answer from them. They ignore my correspondence and have 2 weeks worth of my accommodation. disgusting service.
