Be aware of this booking agency who advertise free cancellations periods but secretly allow hotels to accept payments without even a cvc number being given or the cancellation period being honoured.

They obviously have inside information from certain banking institutions with cvc numbers and can charge your card even without supplying this information. I would highly recommend being very suspicious of their terms and conditions as well as their affiliation with the banks.
