Suspected **** / *****

Please be aware and vigilant on the Booking.com app. I made a booking on the 13th of October and paid in full. I didn’t receive any confirmation email and instead received an email that I need to complete the booking. I was charged in full, money deducted from the bank. After enquiring with them they confirmed that they don’t have any booking scheduled for me, nor did they receive any payment from me. I’ve made countless phone calls and sent emails, but still not assisted. Even the establishment has confirmed no booking. There was nothing suspicious on the app when I made the booking as I always utilise it. To be safer, avoid the Booking.com app.
