I have on two occasions in the past year, the latest one being today, needed to make changes to bookings that were technically not possible as I'd paid a reduced fee for a non-refundable booking. On both occasions, the consultants have been understanding and have gone out of their way to accommodate my requests, at no additional charges to myself
