STUCK IN CAPE TOWN bookings.com

Made a booking in October for December through booking.com. called the number on the confirmation email to arrange for access to the property only to be told that the property was sold in January 2024 and deregistration was provided to booking.com. We are stuck in Cape Town with no accommodation and bookings.com is not responding. Being calling their customer service number ***with no luck. Very disappointed with bookings.com and the owner of Villa by the beach by not ensuring that the property is removed. On top of that we still have to fight for our refund. Bookings.com what a spoiler😮💨
